EDCI 62372 Systems for Supporting Instruction and Behavior for Students with Disabilities

This course is designed to introduce candidates to the issues, characteristics, legal aspects, professional, and ethical considerations of teaching students with mild/moderate disabilities from a cross categorical perspective. This course will provide candidates with the understanding of how disabilities may interact with development and learning and use this knowledge to provide differentiated, meaningful, and challenging learning experiences and curricula for individuals with disabilities. Prerequisite: EDCI 62371.
