EDCI 62656 Methods of Teaching Science and Social Studies in Special Education Settings

This course will provide an in-depth look at methods used for teaching Science and Social Studies through observation and practice to students with disabilities.  Teacher candidates will analyze standards to create learning objectives, select content and resources, conceptualize a unit, prepare lesson plans, devise and evaluate assessments, and effectively use technology in the classroom.
