EDCI 62304 Early Childhood Practicum I

This course is a supervised field experience. Candidates will participate in field experiences with infants, toddlers, and preschool children in group settings. Candidates will meet regularly with their mentor teachers and University supervisors to plan, implement developmentally appropriate experiences, and receive feedback on their teaching and observation skills to facilitate reflective thinking. Candidates will strengthen their understanding of the importance of positive interactions, building relationships, and professional collaboration with their peers.
