MUS 19274 Music Theory IV

Completion of the study of Western harmony, including advanced harmonic progressions and modulations, analysis of large structural form, analysis of post-tonal music (including impressionistic and dodecaphonic music), and study of modern/contemporary Western music. Prerequisite: MUS 19273 with a grade of C or better. Corequisite: MUS 19272. (S)
