MGMT 54325 Employee and Labor Relations

This course is designed to study the labor law, trends in the labor movement, union structure, organizing and collective bargaining processes. It will prepare students to handle negotiations, grievance, arbitration, and decertification in a union environment, and manage employees in both union and non-union organizations.  Prerequisites: MGMT 54314 and MGMT 54316.
