MATH 17669 Workshop in Proof and Justification

An exploration of the nature and role of proof and proving in mathematics including an understanding of the forms of proof and the nature of argumentation and justification. Strategies to help all students create viable justifications will be examined. Prerequisite: 18 hours of undergraduate mathematics or consent of instructor.
