MATH 17602 Introduction to Higher Mathematics

This course is an in-depth survey of topics that receive little to no attention in undergraduate mathematics. The topics are essential to graduate studies in mathematics. Topics may include Complex variables, Spectral decomposition and application to modeling, difference equations, and methods of proof. Prerequisite: Admission to M.S. Mathematics or M.S.Ed.
