EDUC 61686 The Principalship

Students taking this course should become familiar with specific leadership skills that are basic to performing in the principalship. The school administrator must be able to demonstrate effective knowledge and application of leadership behavior, communication skills, group processes, curriculum development, instructional leadership, assessment, organization management, fiscal management, and political management.
