ENGL 10610 Introduction to Graduate Study in English

Study of major theoretical approaches common among disciplines within English graduate study. This course provides students with an introduction to, and practice in, graduate level reading and writing. Students will have the opportunity to explore the theories and compose texts according to their disciplinary interests. All English graduate students must take this course during their first fall term unless a deferment is granted by the graduate advisor.

Prerequisite: Graduate or accelerated student status.
