REC 45445 Natural Resource History and Interpretation

Exploration of federal and state natural resource agencies. Focus will be on the history, philosophies, uses, and management practices of wildlands, historic resources, and natural areas. The course will explore and practice the communication processes and practices between managers and publics that help interpret the special characteristics of natural, cultural, and historic resources.
