MUS 19484 Methods in Secondary School Vocal Music

Problems peculiar to middle school and senior high school choral programs. Analysis of materials and methods including instructional observation. Music majors only. Prerequisites: MUS 19231 (or 3 semesters of applied keyboard study), MUS 19440, both with a grade of C or better, and admission to teacher education, or instructor permission. Meets requirements for special secondary methods in education sequence.
