MILS 42216 Individual Leadership Studies

Designed to develop within the student a knowledge of self, self-confidence, and individual skills. Through experiential learning activities, students develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and apply communication, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills. Builds upon the fundamentals introduced in MILS 42116 and MILS 42126, this course delves into several aspects of communication and leadership theory. Focuses on critical life skills which enable the student's future success. Includes a major leadership and problem-solving case study which draws upon previous instruction. (F)
