COM 29622 Organizational Culture and Power Dynamics

Students will learn how theories, concepts, and research inform power, influence, and political skill in individual, cultural, and organizational leadership contexts. Students will examine advanced techniques in power dynamics. Prerequisite: COM 29610 with a grade of B or higher.
