EDUC 61432 Professional Education Capstone

Taken concurrently with EDUC 61470 Directed Teaching in the Elementary and Secondary School, EDUC 61472 Directed Teaching in the Secondary School, or EDUC 61474 Directed Teaching in the Middle School, the Professional Education Capstone will allow candidates to reflect on their student teaching experiences through the lens of implementation of curriculum, instruction, assessment, classroom management, and differentiating for special needs populations. Candidates will meet in cohorts to learn from school personnel concerning their interpretation of effective schools and teachers, multicultural needs, career opportunities, and organizational patterns. Prerequisite: EDUC 61430; Corequisites: EDUC 61470 OR EDUC 61472 OR EDUC 61474.
